Your jewellery is either made from start to finish at our home-studio or posted to small workshops in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. If your item involves casting, stone-setting, engraving or plating then it could be a little while before your jewellery is dispatched.

We tends to keep our necklaces and charm hoop earrings in stock, ready to be posted within 1 week. Everything else is made to order.

〰️ Made to order earrings will be finished in silver within 1-2 weeks. Please allow a further 2-3 weeks if they’re being sent for gold vermeil.

〰️ Please expect around a month’s wait on smiley signet rings.

Bespoke orders are seperate and completion times vary depending on the item.
