IS THERE FREE SHIPPING?
The shipping is on us! Free shipping is available on all our online store bicycles throughout Canada and the USA. Your products will be shipped within 1-5 business days.
WHAT SIZE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Since everybody is built different, we recommend stopping by your local bike shop to see which size is best for you. Once your bike is assembled we aren't able to do exchanges. If you're unsure about size, be sure to check with your local shop before purchase.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are based out of Victoria, BC and operate online, which means we can bring bikes right to your doorstep! To find a store location head over to our stockists page.
WHERE CAN I TEST RIDE YOUR BIKES?
Head to our stockist page to find the bike shop nearest you. Or join our online community to find out where Lochside Cycles pop-up shop will be next.
DOES THE BIKE COME PRE-ASSEMBLED?
Our Lochside bikes arrive at your doorstep 85% assembled. All you have to do is attach the front wheel, pedals, saddle/seatpost, handlebars, and you're done!
HOW DO I BUILD MY BIKE?

HOW DO I ADJUST MY GEARS?

HOW DO I CHANGE MY GEARS?
Continue idling but ease pressure on the pedals and select the gear required. If the bicycle is stationary simply select the gear required.
